Shipping policy

Order Processing Times 

Please allow 1-2 business days to process orders received before 5 pm Monday-Friday. Orders received after 5 pm or on weekends will be processed on the next business day. Expect an email within 1-2 business days of your order processing to let you know your order is on the way! 

Pre-Orders

Please note that pre-order items will ship when they are available - you will receive an email with any updates to your order status. Please pay close attention when ordering to ensure the expected dates work for you. We cannot be held responsible for any delays on pre-orders, but we will do our best to update you on their status. 

Domestic and International Shipping Options & Costs

We ship to the following countries: Canada, United States, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom. Shipping costs will be calculated based on your country and delivery location. 

FLAT RATE SHIPPING

We offer free standard delivery within Canada and the United States (US) for orders over $50. There are no added shipping fees for orders shipping to locations within Canada or the US. Orders received on a business day are usually shipped on the next business day. Standard delivery within Canada and the US is typically 3 - 7 business days. The flat-rate standard delivery shipping fee for locations outside Canada and the US is $11.50. Please note the shipping carrier used and delivery times may vary.

Note: Due to recent changes in U.S. customs regulations, the $800 duty-free threshold for imports from Canada has been removed. As a result, all U.S. orders may now incur duties, tariffs, or import taxes, regardless of value.

By placing an order, you agree to be responsible for any such charges upon delivery. These fees are set by U.S. Customs and are not collected by us.

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

For standard flat rate shipping: We offer free standard delivery shipping within Canada and the USA for orders over $50.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We offer international shipping to the following countries: United States, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom.

If you wish to order from a country outside the specified locations, please contact us and provide details via email.

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

For standard flat rate shipping: We offer $11.50 CAD flat rate standard delivery shipping to Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, and United Kingdom.

Note: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Juneberry Learning is not responsible for these or any additional delivery charges. Import duties and taxes (including VAT) and any additional delivery charges are your responsibility as the customer. 

Wholesale or Oversized Orders

Please contact us for our wholesale rates and to receive a shipping quote.

Returns, Changes, and Cancellations

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible with your order number, details about your concern, and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these requests on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Potential Service Interruptions 

Orders may take longer to arrive due to variables outside of our control, including but not limited to delivery or port strikes, weather, natural events, or other unforeseen events. We always do our best to ship items as soon as possible, and we will keep you updated if any of these variables might affect your order. 

Order Tracking Details 

You will receive an order confirmation email when you place an order. Once it has shipped, you will receive another email to confirm shipping, which will contain parcel tracking information, if available.

Digital orders (courses, downloads) will be fulfilled automatically. Please check the email you provided at checkout for links to access your purchase. If you have not received an email within 24 hours, please contact us to let us know.
